Competitive Strategy of Rexport Company

This thesis analyzes competitive environment in the market segment of board and card games, where the analyzed company is doing business for more than six years already. First, the study defines and assesses current processes and conditions in each part of corporate activities, including in particular retails sales (both e-shopping and brick and mortar shop), publishing house and wholesale of imported products. Through the recent years, the company has undergone extensive and permanent adaption and transformation in order to retain its competitiveness. Competitors on are different regarding the wholesale and retails segment, given that these markets are separated from each other and business conditions vary significantly. Further, paper will provide actual development plans of company for upcoming years and the methods to reach the proposed goals. Finally, the development business plan and methods are to be evaluated, based on competitiveness criteria.

This bachelor thesis deals with the improvement during the engagement in the company VMT Ecopack s. r. o. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with theoretical knowledge and VMT Ecopack s.r.o. is introduced and the practical part where the current course of the contract described. On the basis of the analyzed analyzes, proposals are made for changes that may lead to an improvement in the course of the contract.

First part is concerned with the theoretical knowledge. Second part focusing on the analysis of the current status process of order. In the last part are mentioned proposals for amendments, which leading to streamline entire order process.

My bachelor thesis deals with the improvement during the engagement in the company ELEKTROINSTAL NR s.r.o. This comapany provided me with all the information needed to be able to analyze and describe the current course of the contract. Subsequently, according to processing the analysis I presented proposals that may lead to improvements not only during the engagement, but the entire benefit of the company.

Transport service at Central Bus Station Brno

The bachelor thesis deals with transport service at Central Bus Station in Brno and its connection to public transport hub in front of the Brno Main Railway Station. In the first chapter, the work deals with counting of passengers and a survey by questionnaire. The next section describes the current status and the possibilities of access on foot, by public transport or by car to the bus station. Followed by a proposed conventional and unconventional solutions to the problems and their comparison. As the best came out conventional solutions - implementation of the new bus line, respectively, the move of bus stops near the bus station.

In my bachelor thesis i deal with order processing through enterprise. I cooperated with company Touax s.r.o. This company provided me all materials and informations required for analysing and describing current state of order processing. Based on the reusults, i made a new proposal that will lead to improvements in order proces.
